FunDance Fitness offers a variety of dance fitness classes including Bellydance, Zumba, Yoga, Gospel Aerobics and Line Dance. Read about class offerings below. If there is a class that you are interested in taking that isn't listed, please let us know.
Shake and shimmy your way into shape while learning the ancient art of bellydance. This class is a great low impact, total body workout. Bellydance also helps you appreciate the body you’re in now while working toward your dream body.
Classes are one hour with some classes lasting 70 minutes.
Get ready for your next party in linedance class. Practice classics such as the electric slide and Casper slide. Learn party favorites like the wobble, Cleveland shuffle and Mississippi slides. Linedance is great fun and great exercise for your entire body; not to mention you will be a hit at your next family or office party.
Classes are one hour.
This class is for students who want to be ready for the next stepper's set. Learn the eight count basic step, turns and cueing. Partners are not necessary, but are encouraged. This is a fun workout that will have you ready to show off your new moves.

Tai chi is sometimes described as "meditation in motion" because it promotes serenity through gentle movements — connecting the mind and body. Originally developed in ancient China for self-defense, tai chi evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and to help with a variety of other health conditions (mayoclinic.com).

This class is a wonderful way for you to get aquainted with Yoga! Unlike what you've heard or seen, this Yoga class works with where "you" are! Introductory Yoga movements consist of gentle stretching, bending, twisting; all movements are designed appropriate to your bodies ability to move. Working towards increased flexibility is the key! You will learn how to incorporate healthy breathing, along with body movements, to reap benefits for your total well being.
Classes are 60 minutes.
Learn West African dance with Kenn. If you are looking for a class to target specific muscle groups, check out this one. A portion of the class is focused on working those muscles. In addition to learning West African dance movements, you will get an overall body workout. You will sweat and come back for more the next week.
Classes are one hour.
Party yourself into shape with Zumba Fitness. It is an easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie burning dance fitness-party. It blends hot international music and contagious steps to form a “fitness party” that is addictive. This is a high energy class. However, we do have classes for beginners. Ditch the workout and join the party!
Classes are 45-60 minutes.
This class combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and Zumba Fitness moves for a calorie burning, strength training dance fitness party. Students use toning sticks to attack target zones including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. You will sculpt your body and have a blast!
Classes are approximately 45 minutes of Zumba Toning and 10 minutes of stretching.
Workout to your favorite house music tracks. This class may include linedance, kickboxing, and classic aerobics moves. How can it ever feel like exercise when you incorporate your workout with house music? Show up to jack your body!
Classes are 45-60 minutes.
Learn basic moves and turns, then the sky's the limit. Partners are not necessary, but are encouraged. This is a calorie burning, fast turning, make you feel good workout. You will be ready for a night out on the town!
Classes are one hour.
If you like gospel music and desire a low impact exercise class, gospel aerobics is for you. Get into shape while moving to the soulful sounds of your favorite gospel artists.
Classes are 45 min.
This class is for children ages 4-12 with kid-friendly routines and music kids love. It increases kids’ focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination. It’s fun!
Classes are 30 minutes.
Tone and strengthen your body with Diva Dance. This class is designed to get you into pole dancing shape. Strengthen your upper body and core. Be stronger and more graceful. This class coupled with Pole Position 101 will get you prepared for Pole 200.
Classes are one hour.
Pole Position tones and strengthens the body using your own body weight to build lean muscle. During the course you will learn dance and aerial moves on the dance pole. Pole 101 is for all levels, shapes & sizes (the pole can hold up to 300 lbs). Take Pole 101 with Tone-n-Tease to really get you ready for Pole 200.
Classes are 90-120min.
This class begins with a bellydance class, then changes to a Zumba Fitness class. It's the best of both worlds! Get a great overall body workout!
Classes are 75 minutes.
Bellydance Plus and Zumba Fitness Plus: These specialty classes are for students who want to workout with others that are large and in charge. All sizes and shapes are welcome. Class formats may be slightly modified.
Bellydance Plus classes are one hour. Zumba Fitness Plus is 45 minutes.
Bellydance, Linedance and Zumba Fitness for the Young at Heart: These specialty classes are for students that want to workout with other adults aged 60+ years. All ages are welcome. Class formats are slightly modified.
Bellydance and Linedance for the Young at Heart are one hour. Zumba Fitness classes are 45 minutes.
